August 24 - 208.4 LBS

Lost a pound over night which I expected as it is mostly all retained water from the disturbing amount of salt intake I had during vacation eating (check out Seoul fried chicken if you're ever in Edmonton)

Went for a 5 KM run this morning but working up the motivation to actually go would be pretty comical if someone had a camera on my life.5:40 AM: Alarm wakes me up (I swore profusely)

5:43 AM: I go to bathroom for pee and morning weigh-in

5:45 AM: I get one leg into my running pants and immediately tell myself that I need the running energy later in the day to pack for my move on Friday, remove pants go back to bed

5:51 AM: I make the decision to run after all get up and put my pants on all the way

5:53 AM: Back to bed

6:00 AM: Finally I decide maybe I should just suck it up and put on all running clothes and head downstairs

6:04 AM: Head immediately back upstairs as I forgot my headphones, I stare longingly at my bed

6:07 AM: Go for run

I was 10 minutes late for work today...

yesterday's workout was a little rough as I hadn't been at the gym in a week. A beefcake used 3 different stations without wiping them down, I thought about saying something but remembered i'm a sissy. If he ever asks me for a spot I'll totally do it but my words of encouragement will be FAKE!

Today I'll work my back, biceps, and forearms, thinking deadlifts, rows, bicep curls and boring low weight forearm curls.

Will update later with macros and food haven't fully decided yet on the menu but it will definitely involve chicken I cooked yesterday and some rice cakes.
